Last night I made the perfect spaghetti in the instant pot. Here is the recipe:
Ingredients: 1 lb of pasta, 4 cups of water
- In the instant pot, put 4 cups of water
- Break your spaghetti in half and put a layer down, then put the next layer at a criss-cross. So, if you put the first layer in vertically, put the second layer in horizontally.
- Continue like that with the rest of the pasta. I wiggled it around a bit to make sure all the pasta was covered.
Cook: 1 minute high pressure; rest 5 minutes, then manual realease
Ta-da! Perfect pasta!
